Description: The Southern Orange Eyed Tree Frog is a medium sized frog with a great set of lungs. "Great set of lungs?" you may ask. To put it simply, this frog is LOUD. They are green on the back but this can be either a very dark or a very light green. The females are a cream to white colour underneath while the males have a yellow belly, and both male and female have a purple colouring on the back of their thighs. Their skin is finely granular on both the back and underside. This frog is commonly mistaken for the Graceful Tree Frog, but is easily distinguished by the notable size difference and the large bulbous red to orange eyes.
